Terms and Conditions

Rules for using Didugo and purchasing global travel eSIM services.

TermsPrivacyRefunds

Effective date: 4 August 2026   Version: 2026-08-04

These terms are designed for Didugo's international service. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain applicable and are not excluded. Didugo should obtain local legal review before materially expanding into a new regulated market.

1. About Didugo and these Terms

Didugo provides digital travel eSIM plans through didugo.net. References to “Didugo”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean the operator of the Didugo service. You can contact us at info@didugo.net. These Terms govern access to the website, customer account, eSIM plans, rewards, referrals, travel map, support, and related services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian, and must be legally capable of entering a contract. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. We may require identity, payment, fraud, or compliance verification.

3. Service description

Didugo sells access to third-party mobile network services using eSIM technology. Coverage, speed, latency, roaming partners, network availability, fair-use rules, and service quality depend on local operators, device conditions, geography, congestion, regulation, and supplier availability. Package descriptions show the intended destination, allowance, validity, supported networks where available, and price at checkout.

4. Device compatibility and customer responsibilities

Before purchase, you are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM, is carrier-unlocked, supports the destination network bands, and can install the selected plan. Do not delete an installed eSIM until service has ended or support instructs you to do so. You are responsible for correct installation, APN settings, data-roaming settings, and use of the intended eSIM for mobile data.

5. Prices, payment, taxes, and foreign exchange

Prices are displayed at checkout, normally in USD unless stated otherwise. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion, bank, cross-border, or card fees. Taxes may be included or added where required. A price is confirmed only when the payment is successfully captured. We may correct obvious pricing errors before fulfillment and will offer a refund if the corrected price is not accepted.

6. Digital delivery, installation, and activation

After successful payment, Didugo may immediately request and deliver the eSIM profile, QR code, activation code, and instructions. Delivery occurs digitally through your Didugo account and may also be notified by email. Supplier processing can take time. Never share your QR code or activation credentials. A QR code may be installable only once or on one device.

By requesting immediate fulfillment, you ask us to begin supplying digital service before any statutory withdrawal period expires. Where applicable law allows, you acknowledge that withdrawal or cancellation rights may be reduced or lost after the eSIM profile is delivered, downloaded, installed, activated, or used. This does not limit rights for non-conforming, defective, or undelivered service.

7. Validity, data usage, and top-up

Validity may begin on purchase, installation, first network connection, or another package-specific trigger. Data records may be delayed. Unused data normally expires at the end of validity and has no cash value. Top-up is available only for eligible eSIMs and packages.

8. Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy and mandatory applicable law. Contact support promptly and provide the order reference, device information, screenshots, and troubleshooting details.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not use Didugo for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, sanctioned, or unauthorized activity; interfere with networks or systems; resell service without written approval; automate excessive purchases; exploit pricing, rewards, or referrals; attempt to access another customer’s QR code or account; use stolen payment credentials; or circumvent technical limits. We may suspend accounts, orders, rewards, or service when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, supplier requirements, or network protection.

10. Rewards, referrals, and promotions

Points, referral rewards, promo codes, and offers are discretionary benefits, not cash or deposits. They may have eligibility rules, limits, expiry, anti-abuse controls, and exclusions. We may reverse rewards connected to refunds, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate accounts, self-referral, or misuse.

11. Third-party services

Didugo relies on service providers including payment processors, authentication providers, email providers, hosting providers, eSIM suppliers, and mobile network operators. Their terms and availability may also apply. Didugo does not control third-party networks, devices, app stores, banks, or payment-provider decisions.

12. Intellectual property

The Didugo name, logo, website, software, designs, text, and content are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for lawful travel connectivity.

13. Availability and changes

We may update, maintain, suspend, or discontinue features, packages, prices, or suppliers. We aim to avoid material adverse changes to paid orders. Planned or urgent maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

14. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Didugo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses; loss of profit, opportunity, data, or business; or failures caused by local networks, device incompatibility, customer configuration, force majeure, sanctions, public authorities, or third-party systems. For a claim relating to a specific order, Didugo’s aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Didugo for losses resulting from your unlawful use, fraud, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of an eSIM profile.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the Didugo operating entity, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of habitual residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute. You may also use courts, regulators, or alternative dispute-resolution bodies available under applicable law.

17. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will publish a new effective date and version. Material changes may be notified through the website, account, or email. Contact info@didugo.net.
